The time is running very fast and we are now in the final phase to set the agenda for the DA-WG and proposed NDA//DA-WG meetings in the framework of the virtual 42nd ESARDA Annual Meeting that unfortunately, 16-19 November 2020.
Please, find attached to this mail the tentative agenda on DA-WG Meeting which is scheduled at 01:30 – 06:15 pm (MET) in order to facilitate guests from USA the participation to the meeting. Additionally we propose a Joint NDA/DA Meeting dedicated to the status and progress of the ITV revision process that have been started last year at the ESARDA symposium in Stresa. And surely our working group meeting is open for all ESARDA members who are interested in the WG-DA activities. Regarding Joint NDA/DA Meeting with respect to e ITV revision is still some room for short contributions.
And surely we will address the joint INMM/ESARDA Meeting next year in Vienna in order to launch the organisation of an interesting programme of a joint INMM/ESARDA WG-DA meeting. Therefore, the participation and contribution of Brian Ticknor, DA-WG chair of the Materials Control and Accountability Technical Division of INMM is highly appreciated.
As already mentioned the meeting will be held virtually (unfortunately). The virtual platform that we will use is not decided yet (BigBlueButton, Zoom, …) by the organisers of the WG- NDA/DA chairs and vice-chairs . But if participants are already aware of restriction due to firewalls etc, please inform us as soon as possible.
